Case Study on Transferred Training of Rural Labor Force——Investigation and Analysis on "Yunhe Master" Training

"Yunhe Master" is a pre-job training mode of transferring rural labor force with local characteristics,which is established by the government of Yunhe county.It is carried out by the rural labor force quality training center,and includes stand-by master professional training and follow-up quality training.The fields of training involves a number of local agricultural production industries,and it mainly adopt local centralized training model However,in the process of development,some problems appeared,such as,structural imbalance of training,single model,and excessive intervention of government.For this,in its future development,it should pay more attention to the training of the female and people in distance villages,and to enhance supervision to the government.
