The 2D finite element analysis and numerical simulation method is used to research the velocity,the distributing pressure,the flowing state of gas in pipe and vacuum chamber based on the structure of the pipeline for vacuum system of electron beam welding,according to the theory of gas movement and CFD.The research focused on these relationships between the mean free path and pressure of gas,between the mean free path and the pipe diameter as well as the quantity of molecular which enter the pipe.This research has offered theory frame of valued reference for designing and optimizing the structure of the pipeline for vacuum system.
