Processing method for highway maintenance quota data

In order to determine engineering quota for the highway maintenance scientifically and reasonably,the authors collect and analyze the basic data of labor,materials,machines in daily main-tenance engineering by combining historical statistic analysis with working site process-orientation realism through the application of the auto-convergence of weighted average,and then get a covariance model to decide the weight coefficient.Some analysis is conducted according to the field testing relevant data.The results of the average advanced method are compared,which show that it is scientific and reasonable to decide the level through this model.
