A broadcast signal receiving apparatus and a broadcast signal transmitting/receiving method are provided to discriminate a cell in a multi-frequency network environment to thus receive a broadcast while on the move. A broadcast transmission side multiplexes program table information with identifier information of a cell, a propagation region of a broadcast signal, set therein and broadcast data, and outputs a corresponding modulated broadcast signal(S10). The broadcast transmission side transmits a broadcast signal including the identifier information of the cell(S20). A broadcast reception side receives the broadcast signal including the identifier information of the cell(S30). The broadcast reception side demodulates the received broadcast signal, and parses the program table information from the demodulated signal to obtain the identifier information of the cell(S40).
