누유량 최소화를 위한 벤트 밸브의 최적설계

In this paper, design optimization of a vent vale of automotive fuel tank is performed for minimizing fuel leak. To solve the optimization problem, an orthogonal array is used to generate training points and experiments are performed to measure the experimental data according to training points. Later, Kriging meta-model is generated and design optimization is performed using GA (Genetic Algorithm). Finally, we obtained optimization results and verified the optimization results by rollover leak test, which demonstrates the effectiveness of our design procedure.
