Indicator system of distribution network planning evaluation with consideration of life cycle cost

An integrated indicator system of network planning evaluation refers to security, economy, reliability, flexibility and coordination. In this paper, LCC (life cycle cost) is considered in economy analysis, and the network modeling of LCC is divided into system modeling and equipment modeling. Moreover, reliability effect on LCC is brought into the LCC model, and Monte Carlo simulation is used, from which the value of EENS (Expected Energy Not Supplied) is obtained. The ability to transfer load between transmission lines is studied in flexibility analysis in order to find the network bottlenecks and a better guidance for the network construction. Considering the trend of smart grid, some new indicators and evaluation strategies are proposed, to evaluate the intelligent level of the network. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation system proposed in this paper are verified through a regional realistic network assessment.
