OPTIMASI PENEMPATAN RECLOSER TERHADAP KEANDALAN SISTEM TENAGA LISTRIK DENGAN ALGORITMA GENETIKA

Nowadays, the determination of recloser position has an important rule, especially in reliability of electical power system. Parameter used in reliability electrical power system is SAIDI and SAIFI. SAIDI and SAIFI can be calculated from the outage time and the failure rate occurred in one year. Reliability can be concluded better if SAIDI and SAIFI smaller. In this final project will be created simulation program. This program used for simulating optimum recloser position. The SAIDI and SAIFI data is result of failure rate and outage time calculation each electrical power system component. The electrical power system component consist of recloser, trafo, SUTM, FCO, and PMT. Programs will be created using algorithm genetic method with Matlab 7.6 programming. The results of the experiments described that reliability electrical power system influenced by failure rate and outage time of electrical power system component. The value of SAIDI and SAIFI before recloser placement is smaller than the value of SAIDI and SAIFI after recloser placement. The first case is a case study on the feeder Randu Garut 5 Semarang. The second case is a case study on the feeder Srondol 5 Semarang. Optimum recloser position’s for first case is section 6 has SAIDI 0,011646 hour/consumers.years and SAIFI 0,012267 failure/consumers.years. Optimum recloser position’s for second case is combination section 2 and section 8 has SAIDI 0,00054297 hour/consumers.years and SAIFI 0,00088837 failure/consumers.years.
