Control the value of I/Q DC-Bias and Gain from the experimental result of 24GHz Doppler Radar

A micro-Doppler radar system has recently introduced using the Frequency-Group function as well as using the CW, which requires to set accurately frequency should consider the frequency drift due to temperature variations from the environment. This paper defines the three challenges, proves the experimental result with the test model and proposes the method for resolving issues with three points for observation as follows; Frequency drift, I/Q DC-bias drift, and the full-scale input voltage range of ADC. Finally, we confirmed that the compensation of frequency and DC-bias drift is essential.
