Tricuspid Valve Ring Annuloplasty in a Patient with 36-year in-situ Functioning Bjork-Shiley Valve in Mitral Position

The Bjork-Shiley valve (BSV) was one of the first tilting disc valve prosthesis used. We report a patient with a still functioning BS mitral valve prosthesis implanted and required a redo surgery for tricuspid valve regurgitation.
