The components which are hydraulic hose assembly, accumulator, pressure vessel, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve, pipe and etc. are operating with the impulse pressure conditions which are justify in SAE and JIS standard. The impulse pressure test machine needs to have the high pressure range, the precision control system, and long life. The requirements referred above need to make the impulse tester machine which is occurred ultra high pressure in the system. The impulse tester adopted the servo valve control system which is the convenience and the expensive system develops. The type of the control system makes the wave of the pressure which is effected the components tested. The study deals with the intensifier design process which are considered the flow, the pressure, the rapid time. And then FEM analysis for the stress concentration part of the ultra high pressure part for the intensifier pressuring up to about 600 ㎫.
