A hybrid analytic model of burst loss probability in optical burst switching networks

In this paper, the different properties of bursts of bypass traffic and bursts of local adding traffic were emphasized in Optical Burst Switching (OBS) networks. Based on this phenomenon, a hybrid analytic model of burst loss probability was developed. The simulation results show that our model is more accurate than the previous models.
