THE EFFECT OF INFORMATION ON INTERREGIONAL MIGRATION UNDER UNCERTAINTY

本研究では地域間人口移動における移動地選定を不確実性下の意思決定として捉え, 移動先の情報が移動地選定に与える影響を分析した. まず, ヒアリング調査を行い, 就業機会のみならず生活快適性に関する情報も移動地選定に影響を与えていることを確認した. 次に, 情報の有無が移動地選定に影響を与えることを集計行動モデルにより示した. さらに, 心理実験を行い, 情報が意思決定に与える影響を明らかにした. その結果, 移動地選定では生活環境に対する期待が強い影響力を持つこと, 情報の種類によって意思決定が変化しうることが示唆された. 特に, 利得を想起させる情報が提示された地域の選択率は有意に上昇する可能性が高いことが示された.
