실험 계획법을 이용한 흡기계의 소음 저감 성능 최적화에 관한 연구

The intake noise, a major source of the vehicle noise, was studied to reduce the level of the noise for many years. Traditionally. the intake noise has been analyzed and improved by the experiments, namely, the trial and error approach. The exact anaysis of the intake system is needed to reduce the lovel of the intake noise. So. we developed the performance prediction software of the intake system. In this study. we accomplished research of improving the attenuation performance of the intake system using taguchi method. On the basis of the existing design. we selected factors such as length and radius of the inlet. outlet and manifold that was thought to effect the attenuation performance of the intake system. Factors are arranged by the L18 orthogonal array and simulation is performed by the performance prediction software of the intake system.
