Fermilab Satellite Refrigerator Compressors with Oil and Moisture Removal Systems

The Tevatron refrigeration system uses twenty eight Mycom compressors installed in compressor buildings at seven locations around the Fermilab ring. Four compressor† skids are installed per building with each skid having an independent purification system. Five compressor systems are presently installed in the experimental areas with three more to follow in the future.
