暂无分享,去创建一个
Active-passive vibration isolation is an important technology to control low frequency line spectrum of ship noise, but engineering application is still rare. Based on the principle research of active-passive vibration isolation using electromagnetic actuator and air spring, engineering actuators are designed, with advantages of small volume, large output force, low power consumption, etc. Active-passive isolators with good stability, good environment adaptability are developed. Engineered algorithm is proposed. The active-passive vibration isolation mounting for ship 200kW diesel generator is established. Experiment results show that the technology has excellent broadband isolation effect and low-frequency line spectrum control effect, and its performance can meet the requirement of engineering application.
