The purpose of this study is to get useful information in offering efficient teaching methods available for female players. It has compared and analyzed the real teaching way of middle school coaches, and the way that players want to be taught. The subject of this investigation is 203 players of middle school of nationwide. LSS, the questionnaire for sorts leadership, was used. Collected data was calculated by SPSS, the statistic program, and analyzed by the purpose, and T-tested, the result is as follows. First, coaches` real teaching type by a grade is that the first graders had the most high pressure teaching style. But as the first graders, the second or third graders had a lot of high pressure teaching style. Second, coaches` real teaching type by period of player is that under 2 years, 3 to 4 years and over 5 years groups had the most high pressure teaching type. Third, coaches` real teaching type by winning prize is that no prize or once to twice. three to four times, over five times group had the most high pressure teaching type. Fourth, the preference type of female Taekwondo players by a grade is that the first graders prefer high pressure teaching type most, besides, the second and third graders prefer high pressure teaching type a lot. Fifth, the preference type of female Taekwondo players by period of player is that all groups prefer high pressure teaching type. Sixth, the preference type of female Taekwondo players by winning prize is that the groups having no prize or the groups winning prize once to twice, three to four times, and over five times prefer high pressure teaching type. As a result, female players prefer high pressure teaching type. Coaches must know female players` temper and teach them correctly. By doing that, coaches and female players will be able to develop Taekwondo in the world as well as in Korea.
