The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring medical information providing a 3-dimensional stereoscopic image. The method for measuring medical information providing a 3-dimensional stereoscopic image according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of generating a first projection image and a second projection image; a step of generating a stereoscopic image based on the first projection image and the second projection image; and a step of outputting the stereoscopic image by using a 3-dimensional display.
