Simulation study on the deep sea bed screw-collection mining head for cobalt crust

Using Pro/E to build a 3D model, ADAMS to simulate visually, a virtual prototyping of screw-collection mining head was built.Based on virtual prototyping technology and analogous theory, a test-bed of mining head was set up which have double spiral, and 36 teeth can be assembled in it.The exactness of the virtual prototyping was proved by many experiments, so that the optimization of the structure parameters, kinematics and dynamics parameters can be fulfilled conveniently.
