Broadband matching as a scattering problem

Broadband matching is a classical network problem which has been widely studied. The results, although well established, have earned the reputation of being difficult to understand and use in equalizer design. In this study, a simpler approach based on the scattering matrix, which not only is more intuitive but also leads to shorter demonstrations, is presented.<<ETX>>
