Analysis of Mode Conformity of Circular Vibrator in Teeth Structure

Based on FEM,for circinal piezoelectric vibrator,modal of bending vibration out of plane was simulated to have studied the influence of the number of teeth on bending modal consistency.The numerical results expatiate that piezoelectric vibrator has the ideal modal conformity when the number of teeth is integer multiple of modal order.
