The Reformation and Construction of the Optional Course of Aerobics Dancing Higher Technical and Vocational College

The characteristic and trend of the reformation and construction of the optional course of aerobics dancing was studied in this paper by analyzing the aim system, the teaching content and method, the evaluation system of this course and the professional quality and ability of the teacher. The possibility of the combination of this reformation and construction of the optional course of aerobics dancing in order to adapt to the development of the physical education in higher technical and vocational college was also discussed.
