Discussion of the Effect of Enterprise Practice on Guidance Ability of Teachers of Course Design of Heat Treatment Process

Course design of heat treatment process is a compulsory practical part for the undergraduates of the college of material science and engineering,which has higher demand for the engineering practical ability of guidance teachers. However,many guidance teachers have a lack of engineering experience. By joining the enterprise practice,the guidance teachers improve their practical properties and the curriculum design topics are rich and much closer to the engineering practice. The idea of guidance teachers is changed and their subjective initiative is improved,which can promote the improvement of course design quality of the heat treatment process.
