Architectural Framework for Good Data: A Realm for General Data Protection Regulation

Today is the world of data, and data is now our alter-ego. Every individual in the present ecosystem is known by the information that maps its identity, which he or she uses to interact with other elements of the present paradigm, be it society or business. Therefore, data is very crucial, and more crucial is the righteousness of the data. We are witnessing the hazards of data falling into the wrong hands. To protect the lucidity of the data flow, governments are taking stern steps, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is one such recent step. However, felicitous implementation of such policies on every element of the ecosystem is a humongous challenge. This paper is an attempt to highlight these challenges and to present an architecture that ensures the unruffled implementation of such policies. The proposed architecture functions on all kinds of regulations, however, GDPR is chosen as a background for the discussions.
