ECCTD ’ 01-European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design , August 28-31 , 2001 , Espoo , Finland ACE Box : High-performance Visual Computer based on the ACE 4 k Analogic Array Processor Chip

The first operational, CNN technology based, high performance industrial Visual Computer is reported. The revolutionary device is the word premier of the ACE4k analogic array processor chip powering a real industrial application environment. The new system, its performance, and its possible application areas are described.
