A Rapid Calibration Technique for the Laser Light Plane Scanning 3D Measurement System

A novel calibration technique for the parameters of the laser light plane scanning 3D measurement system was proposed and the mathematic model was built.Also a versatile solid calibration drone composed of two orthogonal planes was designed.The camera parameters and the lightplane equation parameters of the measurement system can be rapidly calibrated simultaneously.The parameters of the laser light plane scanning 3D measurement system was calibrated in this procedure.And the measurement on a standard plane was performed,with the space measurement accuracy better than 0.1 mm.
