The effective and timely consideration of critical nuclear infrastructure vulnerability is strategically important to the future use of nuclear energy. The main objective of developing new vulnerability assessment method is to provide better understanding and a useful tool that can be used by national nuclear regulatory administrations that monitor nuclear critical infrastructure, especially nuclear power plant facilities to assess their risk from terrorist events. The new method for VA shortly explained in this article provides some tools and guidance on approaches to manage the nuclear critical infrastructure terrorist risks
