Communication method, base station and terminal

Disclosed are a communication method, a base station and a terminal. The base station comprises: a scheduling unit, which is used for generating first configuration information according to first downlink scheduling information about a terminal, wherein the first downlink scheduling information comprises a time period at which the sending of downlink data is scheduled within a discontinuous reception (DRX) period and a data transmission method; and a sending unit, which is used for sending the first configuration information to the terminal, wherein the first configuration information is used for indicating the number of radio frequency channels which are opened by the terminal at a transmission time period within the DRX period. The embodiments of the present invention can reduce the power consumption of a terminal on the basis that the transmission performance is ensured.
