불연속 복선격자를 활용한 Modular Coordination 설계에 관한 연구

Site work based on absence and manual work is unavoidable as most of the construction work on timber houses and Han-ok is being performed on site and thus equal performance and standardization is impossible. Also, the construction expense is high owing to manual work and the construction period is comparatively long. To solve these problems a design standardization is required, which does not mean the large-scale production by developing of a standard box unit module but a Modular Coordination concept that is able to develop a standardization for the construction itself including materials and components through design standardization. For apartment buildings, a series of standards are established related with design standardization through the design documentation standards of the Housing Act. The construction expense needs to be reduced through the standardization of design, materials and construction regarding general housing and traditional Korean houses, and by developing standardization-related technologies to shorten the construction period. Thus, the developed design method for the modular coordination of discontinuous double grids is a box unit module method based on the pre-fab construction method, and is a design system that is able to be used in the construction of regular houses and Korean-style houses. This was progressed to procure the design technology of industrialized houses through pre-fabrication.
