Design of Diesel Engine Data Acquisition System Based on CAN Bus

Based on CAN bus,the data acquisition system for diesel engine operating parameters was designed.Taking C8051F040 single-chip as a core,the acquisition and storage of data were realized with sensors,signal conditioning modules and AT45DB161 memory chip.The hardware structure and program design were demonstrated in detail.The result shows that the designed system can collect the operating parameters of diesel engine quickly and accurately,and realize the real-time collection and history data storage.In addition,it is easy to expand and hence convenient.
