A minimally invasive surgery instrument having a self-rotating terminal and an instrument terminal (1) thereof. The instrument terminal (1) comprises an openable component (1-1) configured to provide a degree of freedom in opening and closing, a self-rotating terminal base (1-2), a deflection base (1-3), a deflection wheel (1-5), and a terminal support (1-6). The self-rotating terminal base (1-2) can be rotatably installed on the deflection base (1-3), and is configured to rotate with respect to the deflection base (1-3) to implement a degree of freedom (R2) in terminal self-rotation of the instrument terminal (1). A front end of the terminal support (1-6) can be rotatably connected to the deflection base (1-3) so as to implement a degree of freedom (R2) in deflection.
