Knowledge Potential Measurement and Uncertainty

In Chapter 5 the knowledge potential measurement model is presented and explained. First, the process of analogical reasoning by transforming the Uncertainty Principle of Heisenberg into the knowledge potential view will be introduced, and the differences between the physical measurement process and the knowledge measurement model will be explained. Then, the knowledge architecture, which is the basic framework for the measurement process, is presented. Then nine knowledge variables will be discussed in detail. Finally, the general and the specific measurement processes are presented and explained. This chapter is the key one for the measurement model and for the derivation of the uncertainty factors associated with the measurement process.
