Research on Test Instrument of Full-automatic Torque Spanner Based on Panasonic A4 Servo Driver

The performance of torque spanner have a great influence on the assembly quality of the parts in industrial production.In order to achieve fast and accurate set of performance monitoring,change the problems of hand-loading strength,manual recording instrument display,calculation accuracy bad,low efficiency etc,the industrial machine was used to monitor and control,compute,the microcontroller Panasonic A4 servo drive control system was used to generate orthogonal pulses.The electric control load such as automatic,manual and hand wheel control is realized.Practice confirms:the of instrument design let the identification of the torque spanner achieves high efficiency,high precision and high degree of automation,low labor intensity function.
