Une étude de l'intégration organisationnelle et informationnelle. Application aux systèmes d'informations de type ERP. (An analysis of organizational and informational integration. Application to ERP Based Information Systems)

The Information Systems of enterprises are build with commercial software packages, configured, integrated and implemented in moving organizations. Issues of project's succes, use efficiency, operational performances, strategic alignment are known. They found the problematic of organisational and informational integration, with the required genericity, the dissemination of best practices and norms, in a continuous approach including as-is analysis, system design and implementation through the organization. A framework of model driven engineering emerges from works in enterprise modeling and information system. This dissertation proposes an approach focused on organizational and informational integration to enhance the framework in design, implementation and use phases taking in account dependencies between system elements and between the different model views on this system. This extended framework is based on an meta-model of integration and an alignment approach between model views. It leans on graph theory to define a notion of neighbourhood and represent different kinds of intégration which condition, allow or limit project results. The analysis of different cases from business reference model allows to validate the relevance of the framework enhancing model representations.
