Ergebnisse einer Mitarbeiterbefragung bei der Lynx Consulting Group/Bielefeld

This report deals with an employee survey which was conducted during March and April 2000 at the Lynx Consulting Group/Bielefeld. The survey was evaluated and presented in May 2000. Chapter one reports the situation of the company. The second one explains recent organizational changes at Lynx, which were enforced by the merger of three Lynx-companies. The third part introduces employee surveys as empirical instruments and roughly documents the course of the survey. The fourth part holds some exemplary results, presents and discusses them. Finally an assessment of the project and a glance on future perspectives are analyzed.
