Anti-overturning Stability Analysis of 2500t Ring-rail Crane

To solve the checking computation problem of 2500t ring-rail crane,this paper has built the mathematical models for checking computation and provided a certain theoretical support for the design of such cranes.Based on a consideration of wind load,balance weight,dead load and cargo weight,three dangerous conditions are summarized,and each checking model is established at the same time.This paper also presents the computing method of wind load and balance weight for checking computation.The results show that three dangerous conditions are all stable,and the maximum overturning moment appears in working condition of the longest jib,minimum radius and full load.
