The invention discloses a secondary battery and super capacitor mixed energy storage management system. The secondary battery and super capacitor mixed energy storage management system comprises a battery management subsystem, a super capacitor management subsystem, a centralized management subsystem and an upper computer, wherein the battery management subsystem consists of battery management units and is in charge of acquiring a state signal of a single battery in the system, carrying out SOC (state of charge) estimation and balancing, processing and transmitting data, and monitoring a working state of a battery set bidirectional converter; the super capacitor management subsystem consists of super capacitor management subunits and is in charge of acquiring a state signal of a single super capacitor in the system, carrying out SOC (state of charge) estimation and balancing, processing and transmitting data, and monitoring the working state of the battery set bidirectional converter; summarizing state data of batteries and super capacitors in the system, and adjusting number of battery sets and super capacitor sets connected into a bus at any time; and the upper computer is used for displaying state information of all the batteries and the super capacitors in the system. According to the secondary battery and super capacitor mixed energy storage management system, cycle life of the batteries and the super capacitors can be effectively prolonged, and a strong support is provided for an energy storage technology of new energy power generation systems, intelligent power grids and micro-grid power generation systems using the secondary batteries and the super capacitors as energy storage mediums.
