Abstract The enhancement of work tasks to suit more for the human capability and functionality has been the focus on ergonomics for several decades. Graphical simulation of human machine system with analysis method has potentials for the design of tasks in an early design phase of a production. Simulation with human models can visualize the task performance and interactions, and give possibility to evaluate the tasks with qualitative and quantitative way. With Virtual Environment (VE) a task can be visualized using real person and motion capture system for task performance.
