Automatic Ranking of Eye Movement in Electrooculographic Records

The goal of the work is eye movement analysis in electrooculographic records. This analysis can be used as supplement method of EEG for variant neurological diseases diagnosis. During sleep eye movement ranking is used as one of main criteria for human sleep phase rating. This work is concerned on concept and realization of system for automatic ranking of eye movements from electrooculographycal records using time domain analysis. The main goals are concept, realization and function validation of new algorithms for eye movement evaluation. Resulting system should automatically search for eye movement beginnings and rank them correctly. In addition the system should detect artefacts evoked by eye-winks.
