A CASE OF MYCOSIS FUNGOIDES TREATED WITH ETRETINATE

A 64 year old man with refractory stage II cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma was treated with etretinate (RO109359) at 2 mg/kg/day with near clearing of nodules, plaques and pruritus in eight weeks. There were minimal side effects and no flare of his disease in five months on maintenance treatment with etretinate 1 mg/kg/day.
