Épistémologie des concepts de jugements de pertinence et de jugements de crédibilité WEB

Cet article propose une analyse conjointe des concepts de « jugements de pertinence » et de « jugements de credibilite Web ». Suivant une perspective epistemologique historique et critique, et a partir d’une exploration des theorisations anglo-saxonnes, l’article examine les formes, les fondements theoriques et les evolutions des deux concepts ainsi que les raisons de leur coexistence. Il examine premierement l’effort de formulation et de theorisation des jugements de pertinence au sein des sciences de l’information, ainsi que l’actualite de ce cadre conceptuel en regard de son usage par les industries de l’acces et du contenu. Puis sont considerees la pluralite des cadres conceptuels des jugements de credibilite developpee dans le domaine des interactions humains-machines (IHM), des sciences de communication et des sciences de l’information. Il se conclut sur deux problemes, theorique et methodologique, peu pris en consideration, quelles que soient les conceptualisations et les disciplines.
