Real-time Dispatch in Wind Power Integrated System Based on Choas Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization

A series of problems in the real-time dispatch of wind power integrated system are analyzed and a real-time dispatch method is proposed, fully considering energy saving and emission reduction, with dual goals of maximizing wind power and minimizing primary energy consumption.Based on the choas quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm, simulation results of the modified IEEE-118 node system show that the model can maximize wind power as well as minimize primary energy consumption, and the adoptive algorithm can meet the requirement of real-time,due to its fast computational speed and excellent convergence performance.
