Index System of Rational Allocation Water Transfer and Its Application

According to the main influence factors of regional water transfer allocation,taking reasonable allocation of water volume as objective,15 key evaluation indexes are determined with the reasonable criteria of society,economy,ecological environment and efficiency.The hierarchical structure of multi-level index system reflecting the water-society-economy system is built by selecting principle of evaluation indexes.Meanwhile,the AHP hierarchical model for water transfer rational allocation is established.Based on the relationship between project level and target level,water transfer volume of each sub-region is determined on the basis of water diversion combination weight of sub-region.The instance results show that the index system of water transfer allocation is feasible and effective.
