Development of ultrasonic cleaning equipment based on siemens smart PLC

In view of the labor intensity of traditional cleaning methods, and environmental pollution, the status of the waste of water resources, this paper has developed a kind of ultrasonic cleaning equipment, taking S7-200SMART as the control core,taking the software STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART as development environment, which has taken use of PLC + SMART LINE touch screen control structure, according to the principle of ultrasonic cleaning. Debugging results show that the equipment has some functions such as easy operation, reliability, strong cleaning effect.
