Factors Impacting the Moving Ability of Free Defender in Volleyball Team and the Countermeasures

Based on the previous literature,statistics and image analysis,the paper analyses technique of free defender of man volleyball team in the Ninth National Games. The result shows moving ability is main element impacting technique of free defender. The author puts forward his own view with his training experience of many years, so as to contribute some reference to perfect free defender's technique.
