초고층 유형에 따른 주거환경 중요도와 주거만족도 비교연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the housing importance and satisfaction of residents of high-rise mixed-use building and high-rise apartment and to find factors affecting residents" housing importance and satisfaction. Data were collected using questionnaire from October 27 to November 2, 2013. 206 samples were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed with using SPSS statistics 21; frequency, %, t-test, one - way ANOVA Scheffe test. Major findings were as follows: 1)women’s housing importance of high-rise mixed-use building and high-rise apartment were higher than man in the most factors. However, there were various results by age; over 60 had high importance on general safety and pedestrian safety, under 50 had high importance on neighbor facilities. 2)women’s housing satisfaction of high-rise mixed-use building and high-rise apartment were higher than man in the most factors. It is concluded that detailed planning of factors regarding facility convenience should be made in order to improve the satisfaction of high-rise building residents.
