Clinical Results between Open and Arthroscopic Resection of the Lateral End of the Clavicle

今回我々は，肩鎖関節症例に対して，直視下および関節鏡視下に鎖骨の外側端切除術を施行し，その臨床成績を比較検討したので報告する．JOA scoreは鏡視下群において術前平均65点に対し，術後平均92点で，直視下群においても術前平均64点に対し，術後平均90点と良好な改善が得られた．鏡視下群と直視下群の術前，術後のJOAscoreに有意な差は認めなかった．しかし，関節鏡視下鎖骨外側端切除術は，術後の創瘢痕が目立たず今後も試みられてよい方法と考える．
