Scalable Route Selection for IPv6 Multihomed Sites

We propose the use of an improved Internet coordinate system to allow multihomed IPv6 sites to select the source and destination address pair that provides a low delay path. We describe the new coordinate system and evaluate its use on the RIPE test box data set.
