The Research of CNC Thermal Error Real Time Compensation

CNC machine thermal error real time compensation feature requires temperature and thermal error data acquisition,temperature measuring point optimization,mathematical model parameter estimation,thermal error model prediction,compensation pulses conversion and error compensation operation.The RTX real-time characteristic is verified using RDTSC,modules of gray correlation analysis of temperature measuring points optimization and RBF neural network error estimation are running in windows non-real-time environment,and feedback pulses imitation for thermal error compensation is running in RTX real-time environment,and the number of equivalent pulses is used for data exchanging in the shared memory,the thermal error real time compensation is implemented and the CNC processing precision is improved.
