Research of safety management system with multi-party mutual verification

Safety management systems are widely used in a variety of industries.A safety management system(SMS)is pro posed in the paper.In the SMS,the biometric feature data is stored in a portable card(PD),and multi-party mutual verifica tion is conducted among user(person),PD,identification terminal(IT)and host of resources(HOR).Taking advantage of SMS,verification to users can be realized.The centralized storage of users’biometric data is not needed in the system.The se curity was improved,so the phenomenon that the unauthorized users directly access to a resource by going round the identifica tion terminal was prevented.The SMS can realize multi-party mutual verification among resources with the user,the identifica tion terminal,avoid illegal incursion by "spoof" technologies,and improve the safety performance.
