ImplementationforThree-Level VoltageSource

Thispaperpresentsa new hardware implementation ofgatedrive circuits basedonthecharge -pump technique, whichallows independent trigger andlongturn-on timeofthepowerswitches. Theproposed circuit will beapplied to lowpowerNeutral-Point ClampedMultilevel Inverters (NPC) withMGDs (MOS-Gate Driver ICs). Experimental results ofa laboratory prototype arepresented anddemonstrate thevalidity ofthedesign method.
